Not really sure myself but I thought first because of his childhood experiences he developed a trauma which gave him a personality disorder and created this brother but the Dad was able to see him which maybe mean it was a ghost or sum like that
I'm confused, can someone explain what happened? Was Eddie an imaginary person he made? What happened?
