I recommend you to continue reading, it's worth it. Anyway the villain will get what it deserves, ash will be stripped from being successor and his crime will be exposed, for the ml family they will go downfall, losing noble titles, losing the money and also their son will go to jail because of the debt.

Like going through all that agony and see Violet breaking through and finding herself again after not being able to escape through death.. Bitch slapping MIL (mother in law).. Tho Winter doesn't think it was necessary to change his excessive "always wants the best of everything for wife" side.. He does grow out of his parents delulu land and crush them where it hurts them most.. Violet tryna be somewhat naughty to be fair in understanding each other out of her own initiative.. And one of my most fav arc.. Winter 2nd breaking point which also the start of him breaking from his family
