I think Chanil is just worried for Cirrus!
I mean, they’ve known each other for years and to see your friend’s dad punch your friend in front of you like that will definitely make things awkward between the both of you. And since Cirrus doesn’t really tell him anything, I suppose that’s what got Chanil got really freaked out by seeing Cirrus get punched by his own dad. Mostly because it wasn’t normal and that he must’ve thought that their father-son relationship was good.
Nevertheless, something will probably happen between Cirrus and Chanil sooner or later. But that doesn’t mean that Chanil will become an antagonist or anything, he’s basically just a normal guy who wants to be there for his friend even though things got complicated between them.

And whats the deal with Chan-iL or whatever his name was. I know he saw cirrus and his father fighting and he is acting a bit weird these chapters. Also seems to suspect sth is going on between skylar and cirrus. I hope he is just concerned or curious and isnt out to sabotage or show he is a bigot coz i really liked his character till now
