ah i forgot, i think that that's the rules in omegaverse project but in bboy omegaverse, it's only omegas (i think i saw in some notes, but i might be wrong, i mixed that up because i have't read a manga yet that beta is pregnant)
but it's not that important, people would figure it out form the story anyway xD

i might be wrong, but i've seen several explanations of omegaverse rules and some of them say that betas can't get omegas pregnant, but in Romantic Joutou omega & beta had a baby
and, nobody forbids a writer to change certain rules of the settings he is using for his story
