i think the reason dan didn't accept those offer because we all know jk was the one who save dan from those loan sharks who also basically beat him up if he can't pay the interest loan, almost raped him if i can recall. so dan thinks that he should repay jk by staying by his side even if it caused emotional damages to him like literally. is what i thought (￣∇￣")
