I mean, there are enough STIs that are better avoided anyway. And the whole colorectal area is kinda delicate in the sense that it has to manage all that bacteria and has a lot of blood vessels and all so it absorbs stuff into the bloodstream quite quickly. All the hygiene care makes anal sex super time-consuming imo
