    Or she has a phantom pregnancy. Like, she believes she's pregnant and her body / brain create all pregnancy symptoms ( nauseas, weight gain, even baby movements ), but she is not pregnant.
    Maybe she has a phantom pregnancy because her brother and the other old man pressured her into carring his majesty's baby, and she feels inferior to FL that her brain schemed this "pregnancy" so she would relax. Like, "It's okay, I'm pregnant ! It's done, I now have something that that woman doesn't have. Now I just have to wait for the baby to come out.".
