I've been trying to figure out but I think it's when uke starting throwing up but he thought it was because of the cold medication he was taking. He went to the doctor with the brown haired hyung. Then he thought about how the seme had been releasing inside him bc he most likely thought uke was on birth control. I think he then got a morning after pill (i think) but threw that up. But he wasn't told at any point he is pregnant. But at this point it's hinted at so much... especially with the most recent official chapter.
I mean i know the uke is preggy but when did the seme know that since from what im seeing the signs that uke is preggy are always showing when the seme is gone; like when the signs showed but the uke leaves the homes so the seme did'nt see it, and when the seme works and leaves uke and then the uke showed signs again.

That college kid told taeju that he took euihyung to the hospital cause he ate some contraceptive pills and had a bad reaction. That's how taeju knows about the hospital visit but both taeju & euihyung don't know about the pregnancy cause the doctor said we can't confirm before 4 weeks, so they are both just assuming that he is not pregnant.
