Yes. Just think of it as a connection where if parvell sees Sion he will always recognise him. Meandme

I just read the recent chapter. Looking at the last thing Parvell said in the new chapter Does that mean that Parvell has died and gone back in time multiple times?? And if so did Sion also die during those times??? waahhh i feel like im just getting more and more confused by the chapterrrr (⊙…⊙ )

wait parvell knows for sure that it’s Sion?? I thought he just knew he wasn’t the actual Sienna…. helrb.exe

Yep! It's a connection based on their stigmata. Parvel figured out "Siennas" was Sion as soon as they first met when Sion first woke up as Siennas.

Sooo--Parvel's "grand plan" is to basically follow the fate planned out by god for the ones who hold the stigmata of Saint Zion and Angel of Destruction. Sion will eventually find out what happens based on going through the history of previous stigmata holders.

Essentially, it involves the angel of destruction sacrificing themselves for Saint Zion's Stigmata to activate. Hence WHY when Sion connects the dots, he will scramble to prevent that in any means(without telling Parvel his own grand master plans) and WHY Parvel's and Sion's first life was completely fucked up.

How?? It's because Parvel tried to oppose the fate god handed to both Sion and him, Parvel took Sion from his rightful path(to become the holy king) and ran away from the holy kingdom. Well, Parvel currently believes because that life is played on God's chessboard, his plans were destined to fail(and it did, parvel's brother died, his mom died, his dad died, his and Sion's friend died, Sion got captured and tortured and Parvel had to sacrifice himself in the end to make things better for Sion).

Remember Sion's memory of before he died? It's fake, Parvel's the cause. Before he sacrificed himself, he made sure that Sion won't ever trust and doubt Parvel so he wouldn't follow the same fate in the next life. He just didn't take into account that Sion's stigmata ALSO brought Parvel back in time(which is when Parvel first got his stigmata, i believe current manwha chapter shows it). Parvel is completely distraught in that chapter because he thought Sion used his miracle to bring Parvel back instead.

So what actually happened in the first timeline? What did pavel change the memory into again?? And how can Pavel fall in love with Sion this time when before Pavel betrayed Sion? Why did pavel betray sion for s... Doomed Pickle

On first timeline, Parvel never betrayed Sion. The gist was that, Parvel took sion to the neighboring kingdom to avoid Sienna's grubby hands and declared war. His best friend is the prince in that kingdom and is friends with Sion, Parvel's plans was that even if he doesn't survive the war, he plans to leave Sion on the hands of his bestfriend.

Overtime though, Parvel's side was losing. So, he cut off his hand which has his stigmata which resulted in him losing the powers from it. I can't remember the right timeline of events so i may be saying things out of order buuuuttt---Parvel gets imprisoned with the peace of mind that Sion is left alone but eventually finds out that his bestfriend was assassinated and Sion was captured in the process. ORRR while parvel was at war with the holy kingdom, his bestfriend gets assassinated, Sion was captured and Parvel gives up his stigma in a way to keep Sion safe.

Either way, the end result is what matters, Sion gets tortured, Siennas plants into his head that Parvel sold him out and was loyal to Siennas this whole time.

Then, the escape happens. How? Well, parvel was able to escape thanks to a guard/officer who Sion helped a long time ago(remember the officer who had a dog that was introduced early on? Well, Siennas originally planned to make sport of the 3 puppies and had them be chased by the predators of the garden. Have his noble friends watch for entertainment. Well, stuff happened and the officer ended up getting mixed into the mess, his own dog was forced to be part of the slaughter and well, Sion saved his dog last min)
I believe this guard is the same guard who helped big time during the fire in the theatre and Sion had dinner with him and euclise(Parvel's brother's gf).

Anyways, continuing on the escape, Parvel slaughters his way towards the castle/holy temple that Siennas resided in and is blocked by the soldiers and the former holy king's sword(the same role as Parvel now has). Well, Parvel convinces him that Sion is the chosen one and the other agrees and uses his stigma to regen Parvel's cut off hand. Thus giving him his stigma back.

All hell breaks loose. Parvel's stigma basically blitzes people out of existence. That's the "earthquake" siennas and crew felt and why the ran off leaving sion behind. Sion manages to escape too and so--this is where things get warped on Sion's side of the memory.

So we've already seen in the first few chapters how Sion died right?? Well, it's faked. By Parvel, how it happened was that Siennas was found by Parvel and gets hit by Parvel's power. Dies gruesomely and eventually finds Sion dying(bleeding out from his wounds on his back) Parvel is distraught and blames himself, he believes defying the fate god planned for him and Sion caused all this so he sacrifices himself to activate the true power of his stigma, which is connected to Sion's stigma. The death of the one who holds the angel of judgement's stigma will cause a miracle to happen. This is hinted from the religion's lore. The first Holy king Saint Zion comes back to life and caused a great miracle that healed and revived those who the angel of judgement punished/killed.

Well, before Parvel dies, he tweaked Sion's memories so he'll remember things differently. As i said, Parvel believes it's due to him things turned out this way. So he wants Sion to avoid him/hate and doubt him in the next life..he just never realized that Sion included Parvel in his miracle. Parvel returns back in time where he first got his stigmata(where he was dying from poison in the snow). Which is why he was so distraught when he realized he came back in time.

I read MTL though so i never figured out Parvel went through multiple timelines??? Idrk if it's true, a mistranslation or i never caught on to it. This is why i really want official/fan translations of the novel ngl. I miss out on the sweet sweet details which is important on a lore heavy story like Stigmata.

Also my bad if im being incoherent. I'm sleep deprived and was dealing poker for alost 8 hours lol. My brain is fried. You can tell with how i forgot some titles and timeline
