Not trying to stir the pot or anything and I haven’t read the novel so I can’t say for sure but I think he is more pissed because he did not have his number until that apple picking incident where as he has numbers from people he doesn’t even see on a regular basis . Even though he said that he did not like sit there and make him delete all the numbers or anything
