Because she's a little kid, and Hari was sad that Midori never said to "stay with me" so it was her little revenge on her./j
Honestly it was a very nuanced part which could have been more in-depth. But I think because Haru wanted Midori to think more about her instead of her mom & for Haru to sort her own feelings etcetc. I think the "stay with me" part is also a very important turning point, as Midori never said those words and Haru waiting for it but never recieved it.

I'm so confused about the ending??? I thought she wanted to stay with midori-chan but then she left to go with her aunt? Why did she move out?
