Afaik, in the first life her brother starts a rebellion and kills oscar after her death. But him killing emiliano must sting much more than his inability to help her during her first life.
I'll add some things about Oscar's death in 2nd life. Luciano overthrow Oscar because he became a tyrant and torture him, now we know Oscar is a stupid coward fucktard he killed himself because he can't stand the pain. Luciano have the illegitimate child of the king so that's Oscars replacement. And ofcourse Luciano is engulf with regret too with Ines death but i don't really remember what happen to her family after all of her suicide in her pastlife so thats that
