There is a very good translation of the novel at novelingua, they update 2 or 3 chapters per day everyday. It's over 600 chapters now and still updating. If you want to read up to 900 or so, you can go to their patreon, but I find myself not being able to catch up anyways, because I can only read about 5-6 chapters per day due to my schedule... This is so unbelievably fortunate that I am afraid every day that it's a dream and the translation will go away somehow It's so rare to have a good translation that does not give me whiplash Except for a few misgendering events (Korean doesn't use gender pronouns), the TL is stellar.

I don't think it will be that long, although I've only read less than 10 chapters of this it's covered nearly 50 chaps with of content, they seem to have cut a lot of dialogue and small clues they drop through the novel, the info in this feels more spoon-fed than when people were guessing for around a hundred chapters just to confirm if the ML and MC were together in the last life. While this is good, it doesn't compare to the novel so far

Yes, the original is still ongoing, I think it's now just over 1k chapters.
The novel is so interesting and well written it does not get boring AT ALL, so don't get turned off by the length. It's honestly so good and it doesn't drag on, and no fillers so far as I'm reading. Best reading experience I've ever had from a webnovel. Even better than ORV (also mainly because the translation quality is way better).
I started reading when there were 300+ free chapters, now I'm on chapter 302 and they have 600+ free chapters now, so I can't even catch up lmao. Yeah, I like to reread the same chapters and 'savor' the moment lol, that's why I'm so slow That's why I love this one, I feel like I have something to look forward to for years, and not get bored!
I've read some spoilers, so (spoiler) Yuder will tell Kishiar about his past in later chapters and Kishiar, I think, will even have dreams (or flashbacks?) where he remembers things past Yuder didn't know or see, himself. Also, Yuder's memories can't be entirely trusted. It seems like there was some perception manipulation and memory holes? He keeps remembering scenes through vivid dreams and is surprised every single time, questioning did that really happen?
But that's wayyy in the future manhwa chapters. The manhwa season will end in a few chapters and it's like 40 novel chapters. To put into perspective, according to current pace, Yuder's Omega manifestation event would probably be manhwa season 3 finale.
Either that, or they'll skip even more details. That's why I recommend reading novel from the start, there are many nice details that were skipped or mistranslated (like Yuder being owner of divine sword??? mistranslation; the owner was always Kishiar and he was chosen way before Yuder met him) in the manhwa.
considering how long the original novel is and based on comments from korean manhwa readers, the main concern here is the pacing of the story. at this rate season 1 doesn't even cover a quarter of the novel, if i'm not mistaken. kinda wholesome too how k-readers were left frustrated by season 1's ending yet willing to wait for chapters even if takes 10 years for the artist to complete it lol now if only the novel has an official english translation... anyways i've only heard good things about this. i don't wanna cave in and mtl the novel but i'm so tempted to!!!
