Yea, maybe because it started kinda slow on showing the real personality of ml which is I really like. I like how the author shows ml personality I feel like I'm meeting a psycho who grew up without proper guidance and medication from psychologist. This actually reminds me to finish the movie American Psycho lmao
Not gonna lie I actually love this lmao ml is funny, I love how narcissist and psychotic he is, doesn't mean I'm justifying his actions and I definitely don't want to meet person like him in real life lmao. And I don't understand the people who are demanding for mc's self-respect so immediately when at the he is characterized as a people pleaser cause by traumatic event, bro just be patient and wait for the major character development (if there's any) the story is not yet done.
Some people should be honest to themselves, enjoying tropes like these doesn't automatically indicate that you will allow or want something like this in real life. it is okay to loosen up a lil bit and conserve your energy instead of hating on every update and announcing that you'll drop it but still keeps on reading. I would understand if you criticize it and will leave a long comment because you dislike it and there are points that you wanted to mention and share with others BUT if you do that in every update (mind you this is still ongoing, so you're waiting for every chapter) you're just punishing yourself, at this point you'll look like you have an obsession with the story. It's better to find something you'll enjoy so you won't feel like you wasted your time.
