Ilay literally become obsessed with Tae. When Kyle was talking about how he likes Tae (in a non romantic way, meaning he is already fond if him) and why Tae is loved/liked by the people around him, Ilay got jealous that's why he said he just wants to kill him afterall. He wants to have Tae all by himself, not smiling for anyone, not being liked by anyone. I bet he wouldnt want anyone to breath the same air with Tae. Tae caring for anyone but him and his twisted obsession is growing because he is not like that with him. He rather kill him than Tae giving/receiving love/like/attention from/to anyone.
