I think the same thing! I disliked it at first but as I read the second side chapter, I can see why it happened and what the thought process was for the side story, so I actually quite like it now^^

I actually didnt like the side story at first when i saw the first chapter. but with this second chapter, i think i get it now. it may seem off for some but if u read soo young's thoughts, it aint actually like no as NO (i hope u get why i mean). it somehow displays humiliation kink. both tae sung & soo young knows, that's why this chapter exists. the way i see it, min hyuk didnt know about this, that's why his initial reaction was like that. i cant really express my thoughts well in english but that's the gist.
