Yeah it's a limited. She has unlimited magic but she can't feel the restraint until it attacks her life force and if she over does it she could die without knowing.
When she took it off all her power was drained into the dragon. At the end i think something went wrong from the looks of it. Gahhh i want to know what happened but at the same time i fear. See everyone in the next update!

Her power wasn't drained the plan was to pull the dragons power out and transfer to Elias but he fell so she took the power herself which Elias said could brake her. She could do it with the bracelet on but it was faster to take it off.
What's that bracelet that Chise took off? something to seal her power?
