The grandma has an accident and she becomes disabled, so she’s stuck on a wheelchair for life. She accepts the relationship now, but it’s too late. The family barely accepts her as they still remember her past actions. So she lives her life, praying for forgiveness everyday until her death.
I forgot about the mom and daughter duo, but it didn’t end well. They get exposed at an important party and are basically left behind. They don’t get a happy ending for sure.

I imagine the grandma becomes more of a bitchonce the dad and mom reunite and fl has to knock her down a peg..better if it was 6ft but whatever. That's just my guess though..
