I believe that Lloyd and the queen has a kid while Javier and that mage has a kid. Then, their kids or their descendents get married and have a kid or more, eventually leading to that crown prince.

Oh, I was just making my own contemplation based on how the queen is shown to like Lloyd and how the future descendents of the queen seem to have inherited Javier's aura skills as shown in the spin off manga.

Yep. There's the Crown Prince That Makes Medicine (which is like a sequel set several generations later) and I Became the Chef of the Dragon King (which is set around the same time as Lloyd's story and centered around the story of that lazy dragon king).
Yeah dragon kings wife is also Korean so Maybe in future Lloyd will meet her and he'll emotionally blackmail her like

I know she won't die cause "the crown prince that sells medicine" story exists BUT OH HELL NO GET AWAY FROM ALL OF THEM, ESPECIALLY HER! I feel like either it's gonna be someone we haven't thought of that could be the negative one if Lloyd doesn't figure it out
