If someone says that in real life, they mean it and the other person should defintely stop because continuing without their consent is rape. Now I haven't read this story, but I've noticed that the word "no" doesn't mean much in yaoi. It think most authors' reasoning is "his mouth says no but his heart says yes" which is stupid. No one can read their partner's mind. No means no, end of discussion

Yes, in real life, unless you are role-playing or have already discussed it beforehand, if your partner tells you to stop, you absolutely 100% should stop every time.
In yaoi, you see a lot of "no~ stop!!" because it is more appealing and sexier to deny pleasure. I can't be feeling this good! It's bad! It will ruin me! I'll get addicted! No one can make me feel like this!~ etc. And it's the fantasy that your sex partner knows more about your body and can make you feel better than you can or thought possible. (Very common fantasy for women or people with vaginas to have, bc there is this pervasive cultural idea that it is hard for women to get off or give pressure too.) This fantasy of a magic man who can w minimal effort make their partner see god during sex is impossible irl. Good sex takes practice and time and work.
This BL is just that, a fantasy! A pushy hot dude who makes you have physically impossible orgasms and the pushiness is so endearing you get over your 10 year unrequited love

Just giving my opinion, dont mind me.
Sex irl, can be like that.
When at first, the partner gets embarass they usually says "No" and make the person stop.
There are times they will use negative words because if they use postive words, they will sound like a slut. Ex. "Yes! Please... Give me more!"
When their personality (not all) is timid, shy, or introverted etc. They use negative words or never say anything at all to hide their embarrasment. They dont want to sound like a whore or a slut...

Elements of rape are:
1. Offender is a Man;
2. Offender had Carnal knowledge of the
woman (or man); and
3. Such act is Accomplished under ANY of the following circumstances:
a. Through Force, threat or intimidation;
b. When the offended party is Deprived of reason or is otherwise unconscious;
c. By means of fraudulent Machination or grave abuse of authority; or
d. When the offended party is under twelve (12) years of age or is demented, even though none of the above circumstances mentioned above be present.
-----------------------
In a third perspective, words alone like saying "No" cant say it was rape, depends if the victim did want it or not.
I dont know if I am right or if I am wrong , but this is how I understand if I think about this psychologicaly and legally.
I am still learning in my course.

It seems we're not from the same part of the world, so I understand your standards are different (especially the age of consent), but I don't really understand how you can list the elements of rape and not mention the lack of consent. The things you listed under your third point makes the victim's potential consent non-valid, that's what makes it rape. In the same way, saying "no" is a very clear way to express that you are not consenting, thus ignoring it is at the very least sexual assault. Also, women can be rapists too. They can also abuse their authority, use threats, coercion and even violence to force a man or a woman to do sexual acts they don't want.

Yeah. Every country has different laws.
Also the elements written was on the book we are studying...
Rape has lot of context and the elements I stated first is rape by carnal knowledge and stated that the offender is man and at number 2 there is no "or man" as a victim, I was wrong there. Because it would be sexual assult if that happens... Sorry if I did not specify.
And yes there is also rape by sexual assult and it has its own elements and here it is.
1. Offender commits an act of Sexual assault;
2. The act of sexual assault is committed by any of the following means:
a. By inserting his Penis into another person’s mouth or anal orifice; or
b. By inserting any Instrument or object
into the genital or anal orifice of another
person.
3. The act of sexual assault is accomplished
under any of the following circumstances:
a. By using Force or intimidation;
b. When the woman is Deprived of reason
or otherwise unconscious;
c. By means of fraudulent Machination or
grave abuse of authority; or
d. When the woman is under twelve (12)
years of age or demented.
This was Bl so I really should have stated this first...
There are also different kinds of rape like marital, incestuous, statutory.... Still learning tho...
I want to ask something out of curiosity, when people do the deed and the partner says something like the chef, i mean "no, stop, it hurts" things, do they really mean it? So the other person needs to stop if so, right? So why isn't he stopping?
