Again, and I'm not defending rape or anything, but I have to ask the question - who had the ability to consent and who didn't in this scenario? The guy drugged up on his own hormones and no ability to control his inhibitions? Or the guy that was perfectly fine and convinced himself that he could handle anything and waltzed in despite the other guy teling him not to?
I thought we were past blaming drunk people who were victims of rape because they cannot consent? Why does that rule change when it comes to the person penetrating instead? We realize people that penetrate can be raped right?
He didnt do it last time because he had control. He told Lyle not to come and he would manage the rut on his own but he still wanted to be there. Again, it's very hard to classify this as rape just based on first look. i wouldnt put it as rape. It's not like karlyle wanted to stop or didnt like it, in the chapters it says it's not that he doesnt like it but he's having troubling breathing. When it comes to doing it with ash he just doesnt feel very alpha like but he doesnt want him to stop or is uncomfy with it. I'd highly doubt ash would be like this again because the only reason he was acting like this was because he hasnt gone through his rut for years and has built up frustration and this was a one time thing.
