All of choso's siblings had something to do with blood technique so it makes sense that yuuji could learn it to with guidance of choso, rtc he spent months training it and with how much he's survived it makes sense he could heal some way and he literally broke nanamis record with consecutive black flashes at the first fight with todo vs hanabi
