I'm kinda glad that he didn't cuz Bum knew Sangwoo wasn't going to be out for that long and they are in a secluded neighborhood. If he had done something he could have gotten the cop killed or himself killed.

u could just show ur self to the police officer back then
or u could have run away when he's out
