Would you mind giving examples? I don’t think I’ll be reading the novel anytime soon (especially after finding out it gets pretty bad between the main characters), but would like to know what I’m getting into. Also would just like to see how their dynamic differs, if at all, compared to the novel vs manhwa. Side note - it’s so freaking disappointing reading a long story, really enjoying the plot…only to find out it’s similar in regards to SA. I was really thinking this story would be different but I guess I shouldn’t be surprised

As for their dynamic it changes a lottttt. Zhenya is seriously mentally unstable and confuses feelings for other things which causes great suffering for taekjoo. Things like giving him a tattoo on his back to kind of show he ‘owns’ taekjoo to almost trying to actually kill him by having too much sex (literally he wonders if he can kill the mc from too much fucking and tried it!)

In the end though they do end up having a kind of cute relationship? Things like Zhenya getting close with Taejoo’s mother and then having an adorable little friendship with her despite the language barrier. They even have nicknames for each other and show their love in twisted ways. But until then it’s extremely uncomfortable and very distressing to read. Until the final volume where they’re ‘dating’ all sex is NOT consensual. And there’s four volumes of this….

Yes. The novel was completed agesss ago. The ending was cute, Zhenya is much more tolerable though he is still batshit crazy and Taekjoo just tolerates him. But there are sweet moments between them towards the end but you have to go through so much suffering

SO how did the break up? Aah Leewon can't be jealous of him since Caesar said it's all different when he had sex with his past partner since they had no love, AND when Leewon had sex with his ex that had love between him and his ex LMAO. Crazy Daddy.

I don't rly remember the end of side story, since the Ambassador's job is only around for a year or two, what's Zhenya's plan when the time is up since Taekjoo seems insecure about their future relationship
