It's a comedy about a dude living in a haunted apartment but everytime the ghost girl tries to scary him he says something pervert like comment about her panties. There's another ghost? Yokai? Living in the wardrobe that looks like very voluptuous woman but she doesn't show her mouth which is kept hidden by a mask. There's also an old man ghost shitting in the toilet but that one is only confirmed by a medium girl who visits him
