I was thinking that too. Honestly, if I were her, the fact that my family is acting like his 180 switch is nothing strange would have me thinking I ACTUALLY DO have amnesia. And did he not consider that if she really did have amnesia that her memories might come back?
i am very facinated by how this man is gaslighting her (with her family) into thinking she have forgotten things. i mean maybe she did? maybe they are doing a plot twist and she really did forget that he is not an ass all the time.
don't know about mc but even if i was in love with someone then i would be weirded out by how natural he is at lying.
I thought for a few pages that it was a story of the MC moving to an alternate universe where the ML did propose. Especially since the family who openly accepted what the ML said. But I guess that’s not the case. This is unnecessary to be fair. Just pretend to get those memories back and confront him
see the biggest red flag here is how her family is accepting this man changing his whole ass personality out of nowhere, and also how easy he is lying, sure he most likely realised that he love her when she got hurt, but he still turned his back to her to talk to another woman and ignored her in public for years. he is sus at best.
