togata was born a male, but she identifies as a female. there's not much magic to how one identifies oneself in terms of gender.
however, togata's regen blessing does nullify all sex operations, hence her disgust toward her body. not that her body alone would explain her anguish; a lot of things could happen over 300 years.
I meant the circumstances behind that description, hence why I suggested transexuality at first, then magic: because I wasn't sure. Now that it's explained in the chapter after then yes I now understand it wasn't the work of any blessings.

When the mind reading guy said that Togata was a man in a woman's body, does that suggest that she/he is transexual? Or does that just mean that by some doo-hickey blessing magic made him enter a woman's body?
In all honesty I might be overthinking it, but I guess they'll explain this later on.
