From what I remember or this might be novel spoilers but Tori read Lari's diary so she knows from very early on that Lari was manipulating Rupert. And also the fact that Tori is not a human, she will never age and seeing both Rupert and Lari and everyone change and grow around her made her very bitter and jealous. She's not in love with Rupert, she literally cant survive or exist without him.

Interesting, if she’s not human, then how is it possible that she can even get jealous and bitter? Pardon me, since I forgot her origin. So i dont know if she’s like an artificial soul in a humans body or something. Or if shes some kind of chimera/lab rat.
I still don't get what Toris problem is....what is her whole issue with the FL?
