He does seems to be sleeping around but I am not aware of him addicted to sex. However, seme says he want to tame him. I think it's more about controlling him than helping him with the sex addiction.

I do not understand why uke is degrading himself like that. For the sake of revenge against his uncle? Not sure about seme real reason for doing this. I think I remember reading some chapter saying he need uke for his plan.
