Derrick basically enjoys seeing people he hates getting hurt and uses their weaknesses to achieve that.
He basically added a scene to the script where Luke has to lick this gun in front of Malcom (his friend) like he's giving a blowjob. Then he starts to insinuate that Luke must already be familiar with these types of things due to his relationship with Andy.
Well, at the very end Luke gets upset and they start fighting.

Please tell me he gets put in his place

As far as I know, season 1 ends in chapter 34 and it's still unknown when the second season will come out, so not much has happened. Luke starts hitting Derrick and the others try to stop him, then the scene changes to Luke and Andrew's room. Andrew gets worried and asks what happened, Luke simply asks "why do I have to hear your story from other people?".
Basically, Derrick, in addition to talking about their relationship, also started talking a little about Andrew's past and that's what made Luke lose his mind.
Luke doesn't want to hear about Andrew's past from others but from Andrew himself.
Andrew is happy that Luke was upset with Derrick because of him and confesses his feelings. They kiss and the last chapter ends at the best part: they were both going to have sex.
