I'm wonder, was there really a human born with this kind of mindset? Where all the things he had and the people around him is good, but the person himself had been rotten from the beginning.

I wonder if love can really 'cure' him, if he's not, then he supposed to suppressed it? How tiring that is?

There are 8 billion people in the world, one like that ought to pop out from time to time. Psychopaths are a thing, a case this severe isn't very common though I'd imagine

From my extreme limited understanding, some people can indeed be born without proper/complete brain functions, and cause them to behave/think in certain ways a regular healthy human wouldn't. That's how I see the brother at least; I think the author portrayed it well with his past and way of thinking.

So yea- it's not always the upbringing that can cause a person to behave this way, genes and the human body is just so weird and complex, and like many other complex systems out there, there's bound to be errors and mutations eventually.
