Usually they be relieved after a full night or two nights of fawkin, yeeess the effects tend to still be there but by the third day it should probably already be diminished if done with a partner, TECHNICALLYY THEY AREEE dominant so, their dicks are probably made of steel or smth its amaze
Some authors actually give them a break in between before the next wave hits, to eat, rest and do some stuff... Such a shame such little details are almost always not included if they set heats/ruts to last 3-7 days. I mean you rarely even see omegas in manhwa/manga nesting, like where the hell is that lmao xD (it's so rare like I've only seen them like 2-3 times)
The nesting concept is definitely one of my favorites, Ive only seen it in very underrated mangas and I hope that it would be more popularized really, its just so cute
