Kadota only has sex with Kazuomi because Kazuomi can't take the heat pills due to baseball. So if he leaves baseball, he doesn't have sex with Kadota. This means that Kadota can stop thinking about Kazuomi and maybe focus more on Tendou, I think

I think that deep inside Kazumi also likes Kadota but does not want to take the person Tendou loves away from him.
This may seem stupid, but I'm a bit confused about Kadota, Kazuomu and Tendou's relationship.
From what I can gather, Kadota loves Kazuomu, Tendou loves Kazuomu and Kazuomu loves Tendou. But what I don't understand is why Kazuomu remaining in the baseball club would prevent Tendou from being able to be with Kadota. (or confess to him)
