Their relationship is quite fully developed because chapter 66 shows that Ken says they are boyfriends and both love each other. I doubt Ken would lose feelings easily unless he lost memories or Agia lost memories and forgot who Ken was.
It shouldn’t be an issue even if white dude gets it off with others, Ken shouldn’t have an issue with that, he probably just found it weird. What chapter did he watch?

And even if he did, keep in mind they aren’t in an actual relationship, he’s literally in a glorified bondage contract against his will where it is being kept from him that he’s going to be sacrificed as a means to an end because his “partner” wants the sweet release of death.
