Yup, that's adult life. You end relationships and start new ones. Some are deeper, other's not so much. Nobody's going to wait for childhood love for 10 or more years and not have sex the entire time. There are a lot of beautiful and meaningful people that you will have some kind of relationships with.

It's not about slut shaming, get a grip! People sympathize with the seme whose feelings are being hurt by the uke. Go and read other mangas where the seme is being with other people and see what people have to say. They call those guys worse names and even demand their death. Give us a break with the slut shaming thing. This is not a social justice rally. It's a manga and people tent to get emotional.
