i don’t really understand the first part of what you said , but yeah that’s genuinely the point. a character isn’t meant to be likable, so of course people will say what they want about him. a lot of the manhwa is sex, and that wasn’t even consensual many times throughout the story. it’s hard to ‘ look past ‘ that when the plot is definitely faltering.

a character being unlikeable means there are people assuming people who like jinx defend jaekyung and that leads to people doing nothing but screaming all hours of the day how they're morally superior for hating everything abt jinx. it's annoying. it's juvenile. jinx is genuinely a good story to me out of all the trash bl's i've been reading since 2005. people taking jaekyung at face value is a bit of a disservice.
