Maybe because we all have topics we avoid, some people avoid rape, some avoid stories with physical abuse, some avoid love triangles and some others avoid cheating, have you never ever avoided a story because it has something that was not your taste? Something that was too much to handle?
Me personally I know is fiction but at the end is a story I'll read so I need to read something I'll enjoy and when I see there's a love triangle or cheating (between the main leads) I immediately avoid it because I know is not my taste but I don't think is wrong enjoying those type of stories, we all have different taste and if you liked it that's cool but saying that not liking it is because we can't separate fiction from reality is to far from the reality.
Nevertheless, I rather not read something I know I won't like instead of read it just to criticize so yeah

never said anything about ‘reality’ though? but since you asked, if i dont like a story i drop it and move on. i already wasted my time trying to convince myself into liking something that isnt for me, i def wont have the energy to make a bad review just to spread hate..

i never really cared if this was ntr. anyone who has read it and didnt complain sure knows how to separate fiction from their ideals. instead, i appreciate the art and how fucking hilarious the story is. the fact that everyone is on the losing side of their lives- what a crazy mess. (≧∀≦)
