Unjust laws in korea
A lot of countries punish manslaughter however the punishment is left at the judges discretion. Because circumstances for unintentional killing can vary. In her case the punishment really should have been light.
Not just because of self defence but prolonged abuse itself gives a defence of insanity and “snapping” moments. And there’s a lot of evidence of abuse here too.
But he didn't even bring anything on the table for the family or the government?
I heard that in some parts of Asia still have very strong problem with sexsim like other continents have that problem too but I heard it's really hard core there so is that Korea?
Haha sorry, i dont live in korea so i don't know exactly how bad it is... I just know that theres a lot of corruption just like pretty much anywhere in asia

So Dokja didn't kill him? He fall on the knife amd died. But I don't get why ppl would criticize them if it was self defense against mental and physical abuse? And why would mother even go to jail tbh, if she really had to be punished I would've just gave her like a month of cleaning or something like that, her killing trash is not even enough to get her to be in prison
