Chap. 42 thoughts & breakdowns

So I think what's this chapter is about...
For starters the Uke is paranoid now that he knows the prosecutor has cameras everywhere and has always seen him and his every move( idk why he didn't think he wouldn't that man trust no-one). So he is somewhat worried cause remember he was sent as a spy so he thinks the prosecutor saw him snooping around looking for the ledger and that he knew all along and just never said anything. He also seen the prosecutor on the image of him saving him and holding him showing affection. & The Uke doesn't understand why when the Prosecutor confirmed he doesn't like him in that way (which is a lie prosecutor just haven't figured it out). So the uke feelings are conflicted the prosecutor says No I don't love you or care about you but on camera it seems the opposite. Ands that's torture to someone like the uke who craves love & validation. He is upset because he keeps having hope that the prosecutor does feel the same although his words say otherwise.

Next the Uke is pregnant and is having hard time controlling his phermones due to pregnancy. The Assistant knows he is pregnant because him and the prosecutor were both on heat & rut. And spent a whole lot of time/days just having non stop sex no protection && More than likely a baby will come from that. The assistant did a test on the the uke by giving him extremely bitter lemonade. Because if a recessive is pregnant they won't be able to taste anything bitter. Something dealing with how their body is compound. So their taste buds will be off && The Uke told him when ask that the lemonade was extremely delicious. Which confirmed that he was indeed pregnant since he didn't notice the lemonade being extremely bitter/sour. The assistant hinted at it to the uke for I believe 2 reasons 1 because he like the uke and wants him to be more aware of his body to start taking care of himself and to give him another reason to wanting to live. && 2 cause it's a warning saying don't try anything stupid and don't lie because if I know the prosecutor also knows.

&& Lastly the uke noticed that the Assistant had something engraved on his body. When he touched him and he can faintly see outlines through the assistant white shirt. The uke started to brush it off because he was like he just like me who would do something terrible like that. Then it dawn on him like a OH SHIT moment. He never seen the assistant with anyone else he is always by the Prosecutor side. Which lead him to think more about the type of person the prosecutor is. The prosecutor views people as his own personal objects to do as he pleases with it. So the uke was like if he would carve on me someone who was sent under the pretense to help him and be with him why wouldn't he do it to an employee. Which made the Uke think again well he only wrote his name on me why does the assistant have multiple carvings then it dawn on him that the reason he could never found the ledger because it's not written on paper but a person specifically the assistant.(Which is lowkey smart). And the reason he never thought about it was cause the assistant always wore a jacket covering his back. And finally the uke is now trying to figure out why would he give him his jacket knowing there will be a possibility of him seeing it and feeling it? If that was the motive cause uke is unsure. If that's the case I believe it's because of one reason to let him know that we know this is what you were looking for however, you will never be able to get it no matter what you do so stop trying because the prosecutor doesn't want to end up hurting the uke. But it could also be the uke just overthinking things and the assistant intentions wasn't to show him but just show concern. But the prosecutor is a calculate person so we wouldn't know unless he admits it.
