Okay, I read the end even though this is not my favorite OC story. Am I the only one who thinks making shoes for orphaned children to wear to church is a bit...well, sarcastic? I laughed. I hope I was supposed to.
I thought the end would mimic the fairy tale, but maybe this is the Disney version. :) I think it was done that way on purpose. Maybe I'm just too jaded or something.
