Doumeki said something like "I thought you liked cruel things" (in sex), and Yashiro answers "I do" though in Japanese he said suki (I like) which has a double entendre as a confession "I like you" he thinks he is going to get away with this but Doumeki catches his intentions (it appears) that's why Y asks in the middle of sex if he is not going to be mean, he thinks D didn't get it.
I've seen this analysis in the Tumblr @itwearsadress that is the group that is translating this and they have 56 and 57 there for you to download and posts about it.
