There’s no stepbrother but they kinda are like brothers ig, redhead mom treat the other one like a son and bc of that they kinda grew up together like that. Idk how to explain it better but I just prefer the black haired dude

I think they mean it in more that the red head and the mc have a sex only relationship and since the red head is blackmailing the mc into giving him blow job, theres nothing really romantic about it, like w love or hate. I wouldn't say they're friends since the mc lowkey hates the redhead and is tryna get over him w the black haired dude. Plus the mc is close w the mom as well, hence why it can be interpreted as a sort of brotherly like.
I disagree with your argument. Jihyuk and Eun-ho are/were close friends not brothers and I cannot see them as brothers or step brothers according to the commenter's comparison with Love or Hate.
First off I wasn't arguing. I was explaining how the commenter could see it as a love or hate situation. Did u read what I said? I never said they were brothers or step brothers. If you can't see them as (step) brothers, then that's you - I also don't see them as that. But some people will, and that's why they're saying "ah it's similar to love or hate".

No, I don't see them as step brothers because I know the definition of step brothers. There is no familial relationship between Jihyuk and Eun-ho and I don't understand why anyone will suggest there is just because they're close. It's just mind boggling.
