Not sure either but I think in the first timeline it was kishiar that got damaged by the red stone and that's why he always wore gloves and in this timeline it's the MC, the consequence of it may be death

Btw, I like how this is a slow burn... It focuses on the actual plot with twist and turns... Much like how a proper story plot goes... Funny that we're still in the ⅛ of the beginning considering that the novel have thousands of chapters
