It's not censoring but rather some artist prefer to fill in the ear hole. It's just a preference.
Don't think it's censored, that just the way she draws ears, it's more like a shadow. I've seen the censoring in blood bank and other Korean manhwa ex. light saber dicks, they make them all shiny without any colour but we still know what it is cause of the shape. Now I'm going into too much detail lol. Sorry if you were joking I may have taken your comment too seriously.
