I remember something at the beginning: like leon is from a particular species where the male can have children: but the only way is that he (the “omega”) must want it. So maybe for now even after all the rapes… he is not pregnant yet for this. And I think that leon “upgraded” himself for cliff… so: they can rape him numerous times, but leon want cliff only…

I don’t WANT him to get pregnant with any of these disgusting rapist beasts offspring. . .
But I’d be lying if I said I didn’t wonder how he hasn’t gotten pregnant yet. Poor guy hasn’t had a break YET and this has been going on for at least a little over a month.
Hopefully if it does happen they’ll stop raping him every day.
