Yeah, Ethan for sure had feelings and Wren goes down as his first love. I am not quite sure I remember correctly, but I feel like Wren reciprocated those feelings + now he might see Tristan as his savior in some way and also ofc the old affection. I just hope neither of them crosses the line.

about Wren, 99% sure the only feelings he had for Tristan were platonic, but as it has been a while can't be 100% sure & too lazy to go search out the chapter to back-up my assumption (≧∀≦)

telling him about how he murdered his father etc.. Tristan was about to confess his attraction/infatuation/love from Wren (on his 18th B-day). & there was nothing platonic about how he felt.
Wren was the one that always just saw him as a kid. so his (Tristan's) blushing is bad - cause of his relationship with the MC. but also understandable, cause (i guess) feelings like those don't just disappear ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
on the other hand i just feel bad for Wren, cause he has been tortured / brainwashed & sexually abused within an inch of his life. so his reaction to Tristan's blood isn't shocking, as Tristan's blood-related to his abuser (〜￣△￣)〜 who conditioned him while feeding him blood &... this has turned into a sh*tshow & i Don't get anyone cursing on Wren the main victim（￣へ￣）
