And that’s also the issue, it’s a tricky situation. Cirrus doesn’t know about Skylar’s trauma, therefore he says stuff without realizing it’s part of his trauma and doesn’t understand why Skylar is hiding their relationship. Remember, he grew up without affection and fears Skylar will leave so he’s controlling and possessive which isn’t right.
The majority is NOT expecting Skylar to open up that quick. Many just wish to see him open up when he’s ready, I’m one of them. Both of them are bad partners, Cirrus is a bit worse because his childhood is a bit worse—I mean dude was manipulated by his parents and gaslit, physically hit so of course he’d end up fucked up.

As for the trying to isolate, thankfully Cirrus didn’t succeed in doing that. I don’t think Cirrus wants to isolate him but he’s doing that so Skylar can pay attention to him—but that’s still wrong. He is not doing this the right way and also hurting Skylar. Cirrus has been a shit and Skylar was provoked.
They’re both hurting each other but this started because of Cirrus’s insecurity. And Cirrus was too fed up with feeling distant from Skylar he resorted to not really listening to Skylar.
I don’t think they’ll break up…cirrus won’t let him anyways. I don’t want them to but they’re teens and more of this might happen if they don’t sort it out..
the fact that you're bringing up cirrus's old actions is not valid tbh. yes cirrus was an asshole and their relationship started real shitty and horrible. but skylar is the one who apparently saw past all that, moved on, forgave him, and is the one who suggested a relationship with cirrus first anyway.
that's why in skylar's mind i highly doubt he's still holding ALL of that against cirrus and STILL dating him? that is not skylar's reason for not telling cirrus about his trauma. you say only 2-3 weeks as if skylar and cirrus weren't already becoming close since the moment cirrus gave back the usb and stopped blackmailing skylar. why are you tryna shit on cirrus so bad instead of just saying they both brought each other to this breaking point?
skylar is just emotionally constipated and does not want to open up about this to anyone, just like he didn't tell his sister or his mom or his dad when it was happening. just like he's never told a single person. it aint bc skylar's secretly still holding a grudge for everything cirrus did to him, bc otherwise he wouldn't have dated him from the start.
