This is based off of MTL but, the Charin isn't acting in the manner Green wants because of Jin.
In chapter 21 after Green tells Charin he's pregnant he tries to claim the child is his property with his tsundere "it's not like I'm helping you because I like you" bit, Charin kisses his and tells him the only thing going on between them is sex.
Chapter 22 has Jin kicking his ass threatening to cut off his dick and when Green realizes Jin is the reason Charin isn't behaving according to his genes he tries to coerce Jin into giving up by telling him they've been having sex nonstop and Charin enjoys every minute of it and when that doesn't work tells Jin that Charin was unhappy with their humble life because he needs dick, I guess.
If you ship Jin x Charin however...
The next 3 chapters explain Charin's mindset 1. Charin thinks Jin is dead and 2. Green was right about Charin just needing dick (Jin's that is). They would've ridden off into the sunset if Jin hadn't gotten caught.

They haven't met yet, Jin did reach Green's facility and started fighting him, Green noticed that Jin is noticeably stronger than the previous fight. The reason being that Jin is really really good at everything he does, including playing the idiot. Now that Charin is unable to give him orders Jin can be as sadistic as he wants to be. Charin meeting Jin might happen end up happening for the season finale (if he lives) but I think Green put him in an induced coma.
Green's "girlfriend" actually hacked all his stuff and and is finishing her body herself (I'm not sure if I understood it right but it was because she sensed he fell for Charin.)
Jin x Charin shippers can at least take comfort in the fact that chapter 19 will have Charin's side of chapter 13/14. Next chapter Charin will start droping lines so romantic you'll blush.

There's a slim chance Charin won't die but again its slim. There's only 4-5 chapter left in the season but the other blond guy made an appearance in 22. If the author likes Charin enough the other blond might be able to do something that saves Charin and that'd tie Jin to the security company without Charin dieing.
