Nah. I have no idea what’s going on anymore and I wished the story ended last season rather than trying to make even more political esque, power struggle drama stuff happen. Maybe I’m extra confused because I only recognize the main characters with this new art. :(

Lady J runs the shop that Je-Oh and Seong-Rok work for, so she's pulling the strings. She wants SR back, and wants to kill Je-Oh to get him. In the last panel, SR is calling Officer King (the officer that originally arrested him for murder in S2), so he's running defense the only way he can - by enlisting the help of the only policeman that's not crooked. Hope that explanation helps.
