Kail died before yuri, then yuri ruled. Her son needed to take over but couldn't if she was ruling so she was banished then died a year later

There is a fanbook with a short story in it but it hasn't been scanlated and I don't know what it says or if it's related to the last bit.
Does somebody have the viz volume 28, maybe it's worded differently so it's a more understandable.
The new Yuri talks about Kail dying before Yuri and Yuri took over but then Yuri died before Kail but instead Yuri was banished and died a year after that and Kail's fate is unknown. I would like to believe they both died at the same time due to not being able to live without the other but do you understand the order of things that the new yuri is talking about.
